Despatch
Our aim is to despatch most UK standard orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours excluding weekends. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 2-5 working days(UK Highlands  & Islands may take longer) and orders for the rest of the world in 7-14 working days.

We offer the following shipping options:
UK RM Standard:                   £2.95 (for orders under  £8.95)
UK RM Standard:                   £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
Basques/Costumes:            £4.95 (Free on orders over £50)

UK Next Day (mon-fri):          £10.95 (order before 11.30am mon-thur)
UK 48 Hours (mon-fri):         £8.95 (order before 11.30am mon-thur)

Europe:                                    £8.95 (heavier items will incur a surcharge)
Rest of the World:                  £12.95 (heavier items will incur a surcharge)


Returns & Exchanges
We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund*. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact within 10 days of receipt (returns must be advised within 7 days of receipt)

Items that are returned  soiled, damaged, smelling of perfume, deodorant or smoke etc will be rejected and returned without refund.

Items that are received without original packaging intact will be subject to a £1.00 restocking fee.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:
