Despatch
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours excluding weekends. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days and orders for the rest of the world in 5-10 working days.
We offer the following shipping options:
UK Standard: £1.95 (for orders under £7.00)
UK Recorded: £2.95 (Free on orders over £45)
Basques/Costumes: £3.95(Free on orders over £45)
UK Express: £7.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Europe: £7.95
Rest of the World: £12.95
There is a discount for orders £7.00 or under this will show when you checkout - the postage cost for these items is £1.95
Returns & Exchanges
We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund*. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper re-saleable condition and are required to be returned within 7 days of receipt (returns must be advised within 5 days of receipt)
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:
